To make a Lodging Reservation, Dining Reservation or Conference at our lodge kindly make an online enquiry by complete and submit the form so that we may contact you with the required information. Our Reservation manager representative will respond within 24 hours (M-F), or call our friendly reservations team on +255 (0)78 436 0624 or +255 (0)27 260076 and we will be happy to tell you more about our Lodge and confirm your reservation instantly.

Guaranteed Reservation
Incase of cancellation you are advised to let the lodge know at least 48hours before the planned date for arrival. There are no charges for postponement of reservation. However, failure to cancel in time will lead to a charge of 100% of one night accommodation.

Payment Policies
We accept cash in dollars or the equivalent in TZS. We also accept deposit slip directly to our account in NMB below.

Children
Full Board OR Half Board, throughout the year: 3 years and under are free of charge when sharing adults room

Check Out and Arrival
Rooms should be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on the scheduled date of departure. For New Arrivals, rooms are available from 1:00 pm (13:00hrs) on the scheduled arrival date.

Inclusions
Rates are inclusive of All Government Taxes, All Meals (as indicated on accommodation type), and Butler Service.

Exclusions
Rates are exclusive of transfers, beverages, gratuities, Laundry and Services, Guided Walking or Picnic Safaris, Afternoon Tea, Room Service, Excursions in Lushoto.
